The new line brings calibrated torque, inline inspection and traceable batch records to the assembly step. That tightens the spread between the first unit and the hundred-thousandth, which is what a brand actually feels when a launch scales.
Vietnam complements our China manufacturing, giving teams a second, flexible route for assembly and fulfilment close to regional customers.
Faster, steadier delivery
With capacity added ahead of demand, lead times on established formats come down and ramp-ups get smoother. The aim is unglamorous but important: when a brief is approved, the pack should be the thing that arrives on time.
